PhD in Cybersecurity, where she is researching the socio-technical dimensions of the field by examining how trustworthy AI is framed in public-facing corporate communications across multiple technology sectors. Using critical discourse analysis, this work develops evidence-based recommendations for AI governance, regulation, and oversight. Previously she has completed a Master of Arts in Social Practice and Innovation at Ontario Tech, where her research centred on place-based digital storytelling and locative media in Indigenous contexts, with a focus on community frameworks informed by Indigenous data sovereignty principles and ethical guidelines.
