Mahadeo and Peter accept the Partnership Tribute Award from Empowered Kids Ontario

On the 16th of April, Mahadeo and Peter accepted an award from Empowered Kids Ontario for their Partnership in explainable AI. This award is one of fifteen Tribute Awards that recognize individuals, teams, and organizations that are changing the lives of Ontario kids with disabilities and developmental needs.

The award celebrates the partnership’s commitment to “building accessibility into technology from the start”, a principle that has shaped their ongoing work with CNIB, including a five-day co-design festival focused on developing accessible explainable AI tools.
